Helen Venegas was raised in Kansas City, Kansas. Ms. Venegas moved to Tulsa to join Teach for America in the Greater Tulsa Area. She will begin her teaching career in 2020 at Tulsa Honor Academy as the 8th grade math teacher. Ms. Venegas graduated from University of California - Santa Barbara in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a minor in French. She is very excited to join the THA Familia!
