Ms. Barrett is originally from Chicago, IL. She is a graduate of Governors State University, and received her degree in Psychology. She is also a graduate of National Louis University, and from there received her degree in Community Counseling. She has been a Counselor and Provider in Social Services for over 15 yrs., a Behavior Interventionist at Learn Charter School Network for 4 1/2 yrs., and was most recently a Mental Health Coordinator for substance abuse agency for adolescents and adults. She is very excited to be a part of the THA family because of the opportunity to engage and assist children in working through developmental, and emotional stressors so that they can engage their educational process with stability, clarity, and confidence.
