Ms. Callahan is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a 7th grade ELA teacher at Tulsa Honor Academy. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and received her degree in Multidisciplinary Studies focusing on English literature and secondary teaching. During her undergraduate degree, Ms. Callahan spent six months in the UK studying modern literature in its birthplace. Along with her love for literature, Ms. Callahan cares deeply for students and strives to help them find their voice inside and outside the classroom. She is excited to be a part of the THA Familia because she is passionate about education, equity, and teaching students to self-advocate.
