Margarita is a Bilingual Marketing and Communications professional, as well as a Transformation Life Coach with a focus on women. Born in Chihuahua, México, Margarita migrated to the US in 1987 at the age of 15. Since then has been an advocate for the Hispanic immigrant community through her community involvement and her work.
Currently, Margarita and her husband have a consulting company, Vega & Treviño, which specializes in creating and deploying a strategic community engagement plan that is respectful and inclusive of the Latino community. Together, they help companies reach their community engagement and diversity representation goals.

Elián worked in the banking industry for 16 years as a leading bilingual mortgage expert. Now, she applies that knowledge, skills and most importantly, her passion, to helping low-income families become home-owners.
Born in Venezuela and immigrated to the United States in 1996, Elián know the struggles of being an immigrant, cancer survivor, wife and mother. Elián is personally vested in the success of the immigrant community, which is often measured by fulfilling their ultimate dream: Home Ownership.
